Surf Shack Designs is a UK-based business. All orders are shipped within the United Kingdom.
How Our Products Are Made & Shipped
All Surf Shack Designs products are printed on demand and made to order specifically for you at the time of purchase. This means your item is created fresh after you place your order, rather than picked from existing stock.
Your order is fulfilled by our trusted UK print partner and shipped directly to your door.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, quality checked, and dispatched. This is in addition to the delivery time shown at checkout.
Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. During busy periods such as Christmas, please allow additional time.
Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on every UK order, with no minimum spend required.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch notification.
Dispatch Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Surf Shack Designs cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address being provided.
If you notice an error in your delivery address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at surf-shack-designs@outlook.com. Once an order has entered production we are unable to make changes.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at surf-shack-designs@outlook.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner on your behalf.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party carriers and occasional delays can occur that are outside our control.
